I enjoy teaching Alexander Technique to a wide variety of people. Some of my students come to gain freedom of movement and expression as performing artists, some come to manage pain, and some simply enjoy the stress reduction that Alexander Technique brings to their lives. I like to meet students exactly where they are, and tailor lessons to their goals. When a student walks out of a lesson, I like knowing that they feel better, and are also taking a skill back to their everyday life, so that they feel more easeful and have less pain in any activity.
